What interested you in Anthropology?

"When I was about thirteen, I saw a National Geographic special on TV about Louis Leaky and his discoveries in East Africa during the late fifties and early sixties. I found this very fascinating; I didn't know what it was called, but I knew I wanted to do it for a living. Then when I went to college, I took a general education course in Anthropology and found out those were all the things I wanted to do. I was a Political Science and Pre-Law major but I changed my major after taking that course."
