Submission Guidelines

Hard copies:
  • - Cover letter
  • - Current resume
  • - Artist statement
  • - Image/movie list that includes title, date, medium, dimensions/time, and other pertinent information for each work
  • - Additional supplemental materials (optional)
  • -Self-addressed stamped envelope for return of materials (optional, but materials will not be returned without one)

CD-R that includes:
  • - 15-20 digital images/movies
  • - Images should be in .jpg format and the longest side should not exceed 1024 pixels
  • - Movies should be in .mov format
  • - Image/movie list that includes title, date, medium, dimensions/time, and other pertinent information
  • - Current resume
  • - Artist statement

**Self-addressed stamped envelope must be included for return of materials (materials will not be returned without one)

Hours

During exhibition dates only

Closed on university holidays
Monday - Friday: 9am - 4pm
Saturday: Noon - 2pm
Sunday: Closed

Admission to the gallery is free and open
to the public


Parking

Temporary parking passes may be obtained at the University Police Station, the Buckingham Maintenance Center, the Admissions office in the Student Services Center, or at Carver Hall. During gallery receptions and events, additional parking spaces are available.

Haas Gallery of Art is located on the second floor of the Haas Center for the Arts & Mitrani Hall.
