OPTOMETRY ADMISSION
TESTING PROGRAM

OPTOMETRY ADMISSION TEST

Testing is now available year round.

The OAT is offered in a computerized format.  You select the date, time, and place.  You receive your scores immediately after the test.  Schools receive the score reports within two weeks.

GRADUATE RECORD EXAM (GRE)

The General Test is offered only by computer. It will be offered October-January all month, and February-June during the first three weeks of each month.


MCAT DATES

New in 2007

Starting with test administration in 2007, the MCAT will be offered by computer at 22 dates throughout the year.  The reporting period will be 30 days.  For further information go to the MCAT website: www.aamc.org/mcat


DENTAL ADMISSIONS TEST (DAT)

The Dental Admissions Test is administered on computer. Candidates may be scheduled at computerized testing centers on almost any date. Online application and forms are available at http://www.ada.org/prof/ed/testing/dat/index.asp  Also, application forms and additional information are available from:

US ARMY SCHOLARSHIPS

The US Army has 1, 2, 3, and 4 year scholarships available for students attending any accredited Medical, Dental, Optometry, and Veterinary School.
