ARRT certification and registration in radiography |

Send documentation verifying ARRT certification and registration in radiography |

A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience as a practicing radiologic technologist |

Send curriculum vitae documenting work experience in radiologic technology |
4. |
Three letters of recommendation, at least one of them from a radiologist |
5. |
An agreement with a practicing board certified radiologist to supervise the clinical preceptorship |
