Perkins Loan recipients must act in order to get the funds applied to your account. First time Perkins Loan recipients must attend an entrance interview in the Business Office, call the Business Office at (570) 389-4013 to schedule an appointment. Bring your driver's license and the name, address, and phone number of four references. If you received a Perkins Loan last semester, you need to come to the front desk and sign for the check. Perkins Loans cannot be applied to your account without your signature.
