All current Bloomsburg University Students are pre-registered users of the
Electronic Payment System. A parent/guardian cannot register themselves as a
user of the Electronic Payment System. A parent/guardian can access the system
using their student’s BU Student ID number and STINF pin number

The BU Student ID number can be found at the top right hand corner of the
billing statement (see below sample billing statement).

The STINF pin number can be found on the bottom left hand corner of the billing
statement (see below sample billing statement).
