| All current Bloomsburg University Students are pre-registered users of the Electronic Payment System. A parent/guardian cannot register themselves as a user of the Electronic Payment System. A parent/guardian can access the system using their student’s BU Student ID number and STINF pin number |
| The BU Student ID number can be found at the top right hand corner of the billing statement (see below sample billing statement). |
| The STINF pin number can be found on the bottom left hand corner of the billing statement (see below sample billing statement). |
