Camp HERO is held on the grounds of Camp Victory in Millville, PA.
Camp HERO 2009 will be August 2nd to August 7th.
Check-in is 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2009 and check-out is 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2009.
The following Camp HERO packet MUST be sent for your registration to be complete:
- Camper application (completed in its entirety)
- Medical form (HEALTH HISTORY) (completed in its entirety)
- Photocopy of camper medical insurance (front and back of card)
- Completed release forms: medical release, photo/video release, field trip release form, and email/instant messenger release
- Types of hearing aid/s, cochlear implant device INCLUDING model numbers
- Photocopy of drivers license or other photo identification of the individual responsible for picking up your child on

Fees
- Early Bird Discount $200 no POSTMARKED later than FEB. 16, 2009
- Regular Fee $225 POSTMARKED no later than APRIL 16, 2009
- Late Fee $300 POSTMARKED after APRIL 16, 2009
Camp HERO will consider requests for tuition assistance. Please submit a letter and copy of your 2008 tax return.
New Rules for 2009
- Campers will not be permitted to have cell phones.
- All new campers must provide one school reference from their school (teacher, counselor, etc.).
- Parents/care givers applying for camperships must submit their 2008 tax return for their camper to be considered for a campership.
- No campership applications will be considered after July 1st of the camping year being applied for.
