Dr. Tina Entzminger

Tina Entzminger received her Ph.D. from UNC Chapel Hill in 1998 and her Masters of Arts from Chapel Hill in 1993. Her Bachelor's degree is from of University of South Carolina.Linguistics from the University of Georgia.

Teaching and Research Interests

Dr. Entzminger is the advisor to Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honors Society and teaches courses in composition and American Modernism. Her research interests include work on a current book that examines contemporary American Reconfiguration of American literary classics. She has a particular interest in Southern literature and understanding issues of race, gender and sexual identity in American literature.
