Michael McCully received his doctoral degree from the University of Iowa and has his Masters from Western Illinois University and earned his Bachelors from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.

Teaching and Research Interests

Michael McCully has significant experience in Victorian prose and particularly the Poetry of Blake and Shelley. His expertise includes the teaching of Writing Theory and Pedagogy and is currently working on two articles while on sabbatical that develop his interest in reggae as an aesthetic/cultural form. His personal hobbies include collecting vinyl and playing guitar.
