INTRAMURAL SPORTS

The Intramurals Program offers positions as Officials, Sport Coordinators and Office Supervisors. If you would like to apply for a position please visit the Intramurals Office in the Student Rec. Center. Each candidate will need to complete the following paperwork packet before he or she may begin working:

·    Completed W-4 Form

·    Completed I-9 Form

·    Completed Tax Questionnaire Form

·    Drivers License or State Issued Identification

·    Social Security Card

 

*Students will also be asked to apply for State/Federal money before employment begins. More information is available upon request.

Dress

Student employees should present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Dress should be appropriate to the fulfillment of your responsibilities.

Alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs

The use of alcohol and drugs on University property at any time is prohibited. Employees under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs will be relieved of current duties and subject to disciplinary actions. The use of tobacco products is also prohibited while employees are working; this includes game time as well as time spent in the office. The Intramurals program promotes a healthy lifestyle and all employees should stand as an example of that.

Homework

Reading and doing homework are permitted only during down periods.
