Requirements for the Major in Spanish

A minimum of 36 credit hours is required for the major. Students need Spanish II (12.102) or the equivalent before entering the major sequence. Students must receive a minimum grade of C in every course required for the major.

Requirements for the Minor in Spanish

Spanish III (12.203), Spanish IV (12.204), Structure of the Spanish Language (12.206), and 9 credits in Spanish above the level of Spanish III, for a total of 18 credit hours.
