48.254 Psychological Aspects of Social Issues

Description: Examines the application of psychological theories and techniques to existing social issues and their relationship to alternative ethical viewpoints regarding social issues selected by the instructor for study. (3 semester hours credit)

Prerequisites: 48.101 General Psychology

Additional Information: This course meets requirements for "Values, Ethics, Decision-Making"  General Education requirements.  This course does not contribute to the 36 hours required for a Psychology Major, but it is an option in meeting the 18 credit hour Psychology Minor requirements.
