
Description: Describes the application of psychological theory and research to the study of industrial, business, profit and nonprofit service, military and governmental organizations. Emphasizes the interaction of individual perceptions, group dynamics and organizational climate and strategies to maximize the satisfaction and effectiveness of each component within and between complex organizations. (3 semester hours credit)
