Freshman Students

As a part of Orientation you will be given a schedule.  This process, called "block scheduling," insures that freshman get the courses they need.  As a psychology major you will be automatically scheduled for General Psychology and Basic Statistics.  Your faculty advisor can assist you in scheduling after that point.

Transfer Students

Your transition to Bloomsburg University begins with a meeting with the Psychology Department Chairperson.  During this meeting the Chairperson will assist you in scheduling.  One of the most delicate tasks is determining exactly how your credits will transfer.  You may also benefit from reading the Academic Policy regarding this process (#3343, Evaluation of Undergraduate Transfer Credits).  It would be a great help if you can bring your transcripts and any other course information to your appointment with the Chairperson.
