Mediation Program

The University desires to foster a culture and climate of respect and dignity in all personal and professional interactions among the members of its community. The University Mediation Program, a voluntary and confidential process, aims at assisting individuals through an open and honest discussion to resolve conflicts and disputes. As a trained team of eighteen diverse mediators, each faculty and staff member is trained to facilitate a process to reach an agreement to resolve these matters.
