How Do I Apply?

If you feel that you meet the eligibility requirements, we encourage you to download the application and drop it in the mail today. In order for an application to be considered complete you must include the following items:

• TRiO Upward Bound Application
• Recommendation Form (to be completed by an academic teacher or school counselor)
• Federal tax return 2010 or 2009 (copy) If your family did not file taxes, signed documentation of your family's gross income and number of household members is required.
• Official transcripts and PSSA scores sent directly from your high school's guidance office
