General information about working for UTS:

Tutoring is a wonderful part-time job and also a great resume builder. As a tutor, you get to help your fellow students and review class material by teaching it to someone else. We also offer very flexible scheduling! You get to pick the hours you are available and we match you with tutees during those times.

What courses do we NEED tutors for now?

Who can work at UTS:
Anyone who has a GPA of 3.0 or higher can tutor classes where they earned a letter grade B or higher.

How much we pay:
At UTS we currently pay our undergraduate tutors tutors $7.25 an hour and our graduate tutors $8.15 an hour.

How to apply to be a tutor:
If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in becoming a peer tutor you may come to our office to pick up and fill out an application in person or print out an application to bring in: Employment Application
