JOBS

The Intramural's Program offers positions as Officials and Sport Coordinators. If you would like to apply for a position please visit the Intramural's Office in the Student Rec. Center. Each candidate will need to complete the following paperwork packet before he or she may begin working:

·    Completed W-4 Form
·    Completed I-9 Form
·    Completed Tax Questionnaire Form
·    Drivers License or State Issued Identification
·    Social Security Card

*Students will also be asked to apply for State/Federal money before employment begins. More information is available upon request

AVALIABLE POSTIONS

OFFICIALS / REFEREES:

For the Spring:
Field Hockey
Flag Football
Soccer
Softball

Job Duties:

Be a competent and conscientious official

Be present at rules clinics for the sport which you are officiating

Know all the rules and officiating techniques for the sport you are officiating by attending training sessions.

Be present at least 15 minutes prior to the time you are scheduled to officiate to help in set-up and other responsibilities.

Be prepared to help put equipment away after games are completed.

Follow all safety rules for the sport.

Check all participants for waiver form and valid ID

Do not allow unsportsmanlike conduct on the part of any participants.

Do not allow unnecessary roughness on the part of any participants.

Do not allow any unsafe actions on the part of any participants.
